The Maldivian climate is equatorial and therefore unstable, but predominantly good in all seasons.
There are mainly two seasons, one from December to April (North-East dry monsoon), the other from May to June (South-West wet monsoon).
The humidity is high, with little difference between these two seasons. Luckily the sea breezes help to tolerate it. Water is warm (28-30°C) and the air too (28-32°C) during all year.
Maldives are not affected by tropical cyclones.

Do not mind monsoons, you may encounter some rainy days in the dry season as well as find beautiful and prolonged sunny days in the wet season. It’s only a matter of luck!
